Preview for "Like A Cat" Leaked, I Need a Moment to Calm Down

So a preview for AOA's new single "Like A Cat" has been uploaded and Brave Brothers has struck gold once again.

Sure it sounds pretty much the same as Miniskirt and Short Hair and the teasers outright lied to us but surely we all saw both those things coming anyway. After all this really is a prime example of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" because AOA have probably made the biggest leap out of all girl groups this year.

Also the preview looks visually OUTSTANDING (how can all seven of them look so perfect?), and with only two days until release we won't have to wait long for the full video and mini album.

TTS Release MV Teaser & Highlight Medley for "Holler"

A teaser and highlight medley for TaeTiSeo's second mini album "Holler" have been released. A pre-release track "Whisper" came out on the 13th and it has stormed the charts since release, so it's safe to say there's a fair bit of hype surrounding this comeback.

Girls' Generation-TTS is the first sub-unit from the almighty Girls' Generation; debuting in 2012 with the mini album "Twinkle", the eponymous title track managed to get over 2.5 million downloads and twelve music show wins whilst the album managed to reach 126 on the Billboard 200.  

"Holler" will be available to buy physically on the 18th but the album will drop digitally tomorrow!

It's been reported that EunB, a member of popular rookie group Ladies' Code, sadly passed away after a car crash at 1:20 a.m. KST on the 3rd of September.

SPICA Sub-unit SPICA.S Announced, Member Boa to Make Solo Debut

Yesterday B2M Entertainment released 3 images of a new sub-unit named "SPICA.S", which basically consists of all the members except Boa, who will instead be making her solo debut. The "S" in the name stands for special, which means they will be showing special talents of the members involved (basically they're going to show they're more than Boa's backup singers).

EXID To Come Back Next Week!

It's been revealed that EXID's new mini album will be out on the 27th of August, which is now exactly one week's time. The single "Upside Down" will be their first under Yedang Entertainment and has been produced by legendary hit-maker Shinsadong Tiger, who this year has also done the glorious "B.B.B (Big Baby Baby)" and "One More". If this is anything like their previous songs, "Upside Down" is bound to be great.

KARA Release Promising Album Preview for "Day & Night"

An album preview was uploaded onto YouTube the other day for KARA's 6th mini album "Day & Night", and it looks like it'll be a great release from the girls. The album will have 6 tracks: "Live", "Mamma Mia", "So Good", "24/7", "Red Light" and "Story". Fans are very excited about "Story" as the lyrics were written by members Gyuri, Seungyeon and Hara, whilst "Mamma Mia" promises to be a great single whilst sticking to KARA's usual sound.

It will be interesting how new member Youngji will contribute to the group and fill the void left by Nicole and Jiyoung when KARA come back in just over a week on the 18th.

Video Teaser for HA:TFELT's "Ain't Nobody" Released

Yesterday a teaser video for HA:TFELT's debut single "Ain't Nobody" was uploaded on JYP Entertainment's channel. The music featured has no vocals like the video for "Me?" did, in fact the music sounds completely different, having a piano as the main instrument instead of a guitar. It seems this single will have a sensitive concept and will be very different to the singles that the Wonder Girls usually sang.

HA:TFELT is the stage name that will be used by Yeeun from the Wonder Girls for her solo debut, and she has used this name previously as her pen-name as a songwriter.

Sulli to "Take a Break" From f(x) Promotions

After Sulli's mysterious disappearances from music shows recently, SM have announced today that she will be taking a break from all entertainment activities as per her request due to her physical and mental condition. It's really sad to know the rumours about her being pregnant have actually affected her well-being and hopefully she makes a speedy recovery.

Unfortunately f(x) have now finished promotions for "Red Light" (at least it was a week longer than "Pink Tape") but the other members will still be performing in the SMTOWN concert in August and will carry on with their solo activities. Apparently Victoria had stated "Red Light" will be getting a repackage not too long ago, so whether Sulli will participate in promotions (assuming this will actually happen) remains to be seen. Hopefully fans will be able to support Sulli and f(x) despite this news.

The other day over 1000 hopefuls showed up at auditions for Hyuna's dance team in her latest comeback. Of course, only the swaggiest can get through, and to show they have what it takes they'll have to blast through with Sanic speed.

Seriously though, 1000? I know Hyuna's pretty popular but that's huge. I guess it just shows how competitive this industry is. I'm assuming this means we'll get some great dancing for the MV though.

100% Release MV Teaser for "U Beauty" and Thankfully It Isn't Cute

After seeing the other trailers for the "Sunkiss" mini album I was slightly worried that the cute concept would mean a horribly generic and dull "noona killer" song and the whole MV would be them wandering around and flirting with the camera. However, the MV teaser for this seems standard 100% fare, meaning an incredibly uninteresting plot with Chanyong and another member with some girl thankfully interspersed with plenty of dance shots. The song also seems a lot better than whatever was playing in the background of the other teasers (which I'm praying is just an intro track) and after the marvellous Beat I'm really looking forward to this song.

SM Town's YouTube channel has just uploaded the MV teaser for "Red Light", and by the looks of it the lead single, or at least the music video, will be available on the 3rd! As well as this, a group picture of them was released earlier today and audio previews for 2 new songs were released both yesterday and today.

EXID Have Returned, Let Us Rejoice

EXID have signed a contract with Yedang Entertainment. The company has stated it is "accelerating the preparations for EXID's comeback album", so hopefully we will get to see them soon!

Promotions for the group seemingly ground to a halt after the wonderful "Every Night"; afterwards sub-unit Dasoni made a debut and then the group hasn't really done anything since, staying quiet for well over a year. This really was a shame as the group came pretty close to breaking through and becoming a notable group but now they finally have a chance.
